Organised a date for installer to come to premises in a tenanted home. Did not arrive, did not call to let us know. Called multiple times to no answer, had to resort to a Facebook message, only to be told we've double booked

The installation date rescheduled without notification. Not sure whos fault Ikea or Think. The installation rearranged and the contractor did a fantastic job.

They are very unreliable, I am not sure why does IKEA recommends them. They don’t Answer phone or emails. But when they do, They ask you about the details and etc and once they find out that they Can’t do it or it’s too hard for them, they stop replying. They can do easy and straight forwards assemblies only I assume.

Very disappointed with this service. I tried ringing on several occasions but they never picked up. When I finally managed to get a booking (I had to go back into IKEA to make the booking), they got the appointment time completely wrong so I wasn't able to go ahead. The woman I spoke to about my booking seemed very indifferent and didn't seem to care that I was inconvenienced. I ended up getting a refund so I didn't have to go through the hassle of dealing with them again.
